Two hours north of Beijing is Jackson Hole, China - a resort community modeled after the Old West. 

 

Not every project goes according to plan…

Having been obsessed with cowboys and the Wild West since childhood, the idea of a Old Western town replica in the Far East sounded so fascinating I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to visit. After graduating from college, with a translator in tow, I went east to make a film about this town and the community of characters that live and work there. Everything went horribly wrong:
